While I know we went to the Sistine Chapel, I really don't remember and couldn't tell you if we went to the museum as well. I'm guessing we did, but it just didn't leave a lasting impression on me?

But I do know that when I was at the Louvre back in college, I made sure to see much more than the Mona Lisa. I think my favorite there, was probably all the Egyptology artifacts.Shoshanahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15707241263291051104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3972051150902313067.post-64678348486187843522010-07-01T12:21:39.677-07:002010-07-01T12:21:39.677-07:00Love your pictures...What an amazing trip....Love your pictures...What an amazing trip....Teresa @ Grammy Girlfriendhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05151128140345216126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3972051150902313067.post-20927811391829753802010-06-30T21:37:15.999-07:002010-06-30T21:37:15.999-07:00I'm amazed by your pic of the Sistine Chapel. ...I'm amazed by your pic of the Sistine Chapel. It was kind of hilarious...but we had an AMAZING time seeing and FEELING the culture with the masses! We arranged a private tour of the Vatican a year in advance and thankfully, didn't have to deal with massive lines. I took art history in college, but being at the Vatican and seeing all the amazing works of art taught me something wholly different. It was beautiful and I respect the way the Catholic Church has honored and treasured religious and artistic history and preserved it for all to see. : )the BLAH BLAH BLAHgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18080257870764974777noreply@blogger.com
