Home is where I want to be

For the past three months we've been on a quest to find "home."

We tossed a lot of ideas around. Seattle? San Jose? Denver? San Diego? San Francisco?

And we seriously pursued a few of them.

But one place emerged as the winner...

For both personal and professional reasons.

It's the first place I ever called home...

San Diego!!!

In the next three weeks we need to find a place to live, say goodbye to LA, and move. Stressful but exciting!

I'm so sad that Denver didn't win but I know it must feel good to finally know!

That's a great choice! Much better than Seattle - where it rains, literally everyday. Seattle did not work out so well for me.. Haha. Enjoy your new digs!

I'm so happy for you guys. I love San Diego-- of course it's not really THAT much of a stretch being only about 2-2.5 hours away... but it's definitely going to be a new neighborhood and hopefully some new friends for you as well. Cheers to change. Hoping good things to come all around.

Congratulations - San Diego is just aces, as you well know. There's a huge 'SC contingent there too, so I'm sure you'll easily find a group there. I'm jealous but very happy for you too!
