So I came up with what I think is a good middle-ground solution. I created a Wedding shadow box which now hangs in our Guest Bathroom (not too prominent of a place, but still visible). Check it out:
(sorry this picture is a bit crappy, I had to take it without flash since the box is glass. If you look close you can see my ghostly reflection... creepy)
So I've contained the memorabilia to one corner of the house, my newest goal is making sure our house is not overrun with wedding pictures. In a few weeks I promise to give you a house tour like Mrs. Mojito to show how I've displayed photos, etc.
I still have some boxes of wedding memories that I'm going to clean out over my Christmas break (that starts tomorrow)!
What creative solutions do you girls have for storing or displaying memories for your wedding? (Or is it all in the back of your closet?)

Great job! Your wedding pictures are beautiful! Such a good looking couple! Enjoy your Holidays.
Very nice shadow box. Looks really cool.
I mostly just scrapbooked, though I did make some christmas ornaments out of our left over invitations.
How cute! I'm worried that I'll be one of "those" people - my house will just stay cluttered with crap . . . I mean, treasured gifts and memories . . .
I love it! I have a shadow box like that and have been wanting to put some wedding stuff in it.. like the program and invite, etc and just didnt know how to put it all in with it looking good. I like that I can get on your blog now and see how you did yours! love it! Thanks for sharing
omg...when do you find the time to do this stuff!! i love it!
Its adorable! I love all of the starfish in it, makes me wish we got married on the beach. I need to do something with all of my stuff still too...Thanks for sharing it!
This is such a cute idea! We used a shadow box type frame to show some picture of our parents at their weddings...and now I'm going to steal you idea and use it to make a shadowbox of our wedding memories!
Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE your shadow box!!
I've been married for two years, and I have no less than 7 wedding pictures in my living room alone. Haha! We're planning to move next summer, so maybe I should work on a new living room design that's less wedding-y.
This is so cute. You have me thinking about making my own...
Just wanted to let you know I left you something on my blog!
I love the shadowbox idea! But I'm still at a loss for what to do with 50 unopened boxes of the(bad) chocolate covered pretzels I spent hours tying ribbon around and writing "We Tied the Knot". I mean, I can't just throw them away. If only there was a shadowbox for those...
that is a truly great idea, and I love the way you put it togther!! wonderful job!! LA
Wanted to let you know that I tagged you and gave you a blog award! Happy Holidays!
