Dear Costco,
I love you so much, but why can't I visit you without spending over $100?
Yesterday I went to you for a:
and some:
And a couple of gallons of:
Yet somehow spent $130??!
I'm torn because I feel like I'm saving money shopping at you, but I also feel like spend MORE money when I shop at you. I even made a list this time to avoid the $200 boondoggle from a couple of weeks ago. But alas the siren call of your amazing/gigantic products sucked me again. This needs to end.
Yours truly,

Costco is amazing, yet so bad for the wallet!
I think it's the law of Costco: thou shalt not escape without spending more money than you planned.
Hahaha - I'm the same way :)
I totally hear you! We go to Costco every week to save money...buying milk, detergent, tp, you know...etc.
Well I always feel like we are spending a TON there. I just don't get it.
But the samples...totally worth it.
I hear you. That's why we limit our Costco visits!
Oh my gosh I am such a sucker if it comes in bulk!! Do I need a gallon of taco seasoning? Probably not, but it was only $7 and I love tacos! Oh geeze.
I know how you feel Costco does the same thing for me, in the long run I know I'm saving money it just expensive upfront
ugh! this is so true!
I so know the feeling. I always get sucked in buying mass amounts of weird random things and then get stuck eating the SAME thing :) But, then I realize that I guess I *am* saving money? :)
hahaha that is soo true=) and still so funny!
The first time I went to Costco, I went to buy razors which I knew were probably going to cost about $70 for me and DH. $105 more of random stuff ended up in my cart! But I love it so much!
haha i am the same way but at target!!
We don't have a Costco just a Sam's club by us. Our parent's keeping asking if we want to buy a membership but we keep saying no because the few times we do get in we spend way more than we should.
This reminds me of the time we ran in for bread and tortillas and left with Guitar Hero World Tour for Wii. Definitely NOT a planned expense!
Ha! I feel the same way about Costco!
As much as I would love to have a Costco close to me in Louisiana, its probably a good thing for me there isn't
At least upgrade to the "Executive" membership! It's $100, BUT you get a % back around your renewal date, and if for some reason you didn't spend enough to make it worht the upgrade they send you a $50 rebate to make up for the upgrade! I got $53 back last month...
I always get sucked in at Costco too...or Target, or Wal-Mart, or any store I feel like I'm getting a good deal :)
I'm the same way...I can never get out of there cheap!
